Re: Tunica Trip In The Planning Stage I only play live poker.
I found it hard to keep a full table at limit poker games. They too often let people go for a couple hours and hold up seats.
The Horseshoe gave easy comps for food. Just ask even if you have not played many hours. There were some points put on my card, but the food comps seemed to be separate.
Sam/s Town gave points also and those were good in that buffet. The buffet was fine. In the morning they were running a promotion. Anyone playing 2 hours 8-10 am got 20 dollars. That meant there was a full table at 8 and it lasted the two hours at least.
I liked Sam's Town and the one night I played at Hollywood, but I like the 3-6 games rather than the 4-8.
Gold Strike was nice but I was there at tournament time the the hard competition even overflowed into limit games. |
