Sometimes an employee may not be familiar with the company's policy. Anytime you encounter a problem with redeeming a coupon you should not be confrontational. Just try to document the situation by noting the date and time that it happened. If possible, try to get the name of the person, if you can't get the name, then perhaps a description and their job title. Let us know about it and we will try to straighten it out. |
