Default Why casinos allow 1 coupon per day

Many Casinos that have one per day or one per week, usually do not mind people using the coupons the way its printed on the back.

Most casinos are aware that the majority of people come and stay and play. This is why they allow 1 per day at most places.

I believe the ACG is the most profitable Coupon book out there based on not sticking the coupons to once a year. Long term the casinos would lose money by limiting them.

Sorry, but I don't agree with your statements.

We always encourage the casinos to put limits on their coupons to prevent abuse.

We know that one coupon per day is really not a good idea becasue there are some people who buy numerous books and go back to the casinos every day.

They especially try to take advantage of the casinos by using gambling coupons.

They only go into the casino to use the gambling coupon one time and then they walk out. Casinos don't like this and that's why we encourage them to put limits on their coupons to prevent abuse.

Ideally, we would like the casinos to limit the coupons to once per month, six months or year to prevent abuse, but I think it's harder for their employees to coordinate the process and they don't necessarily like the idea.

There are very few people who take full advantage of the great offers the ACG has to offer.

If the casinos limit the matchplay to once a year, then they should do so on the buffets and drink coupons.

Some people take advantage and just go in to get a free drink, then leave. Many people do not have symphathy for the casinos when it comes to Matchplays.

Billions of dollars a year? I think they are safe from losing $5 every other day!

Sorry Steve, but I have to agree with couponking here. This statement that you made is the key......... >

'Some people' is the reason why the casinos still clean up on the once per day usage policy.....and in this case, 'some' probably represents a very small percentage of the overall users of these coupons.

Even some of the abusers probably buy a coffee or some food while they're at the casino.....or even better for the casino......they'll do some straightup gambling while they're there.

Not too many people are gonna take the time to negotiate the strip traffic and make the 300 yard walk from the parking garage just to play a 5 or 10 dollar matchplay.........other activities that involve spending money are usually on the agenda.

The SOME people who screw things up include COUPONKINK himself !!! He's never posted here in 2008 til just recently cause he's STUCK with 24 or 25 MP coupons in LV.

He is the small % trying to take advantage of coupons to the detriment of all couponers.

Will his new book coming out whenever, deal with his coupon antics ?

Default To my biggest fan LES WANGSTER!

Well, I never knew of this site until now, otherwise I would of been posting for a longer period of time.

I'm not stuck with coupons, just like every other problem, I have solved my own as well. Now Les Wangster, I suggest you try to contribute to this board with suggestions that help people get more value for their buck.

People who make excuses and plan to place blame on someone who is following rules need to really think more positive.

Les, I couldn't care less if there are people out there who are trying to exploit the coupon market. If they can get away with it and make money at it, more power to them, I say.

I certainly do not feel shortchanged because of it. In Vegas, there will always be enough coupons to go around. When one promotion ends......two more new promotions arise to take it's place, that's just the way it is in Vegas.

Casinos will typically just shrug off the minor coupon(buffet, for example) abuse, as the cost of doing business.

Unfortunately, that is just not true. Loss leader buffets were once a come-on many years ago, but not so today and they are very good at tracking coupons, promotions and who plays and who doesn't.
