Rampart Casino Match Play $20

Yesterday I was told by a pit boss at the Rampart that in order to use the $20 matchplay I had to bring in the entire book and tear it out in front of them. Apparently there are alot of counterfeit coupons being used.

I haven't heard of any other problems with our coupons at that casino.

I thnk the pit boss confused our coupons with the Las Vegas Advisor coupons which must be removed from the book in the presence of the casino employee.

I recently tried to use the 2for1 buffet coupon from the acg at the rampart. they refused to accept it because i had already removed it from the book!please check into this. thanks, megaladon

I have been told at the rampart buffett that the next time I use a coupon I must bring in the whole book and tear out the coupon in front of them.

Yeah, it's true that in order to use a match play coupon at Rampart (or Cannery), you must bring your whole book with you to show them that you do have the ACG book (also to always bring the 'discount card' in case that they ask to see it).

The coupon(s) do not have to be torn out in front of dealers (or supervisors).

I was able to use my Rampart $20-match play coupon (already torn out) the other day without any hassle because I had the ACG book with me. I was told by a player next to me that he was not able to use his $20-match play coupon because he didn't have the whole ACG book with him.

We are sending an email to our contact at the Rampart to check into the situation.

I'd just used a 'Rampart 2-for-1 buffet& ACG coupon (it was already torn out from the book) today (Thurs, 3-6-0 around 12:00-noon without any problems (' I did bring the whole book with me).

If we are going to need to always have this book with us, then the format needs to be changed so it is a little more compact. Also these coupons dont really lend themselves to being easily torn out (no perforations).

steve bourie, what did your contact at rampart have to say about using the acg 241 buffet coupon?as i posted before,they would not accept it from me because i did not have the book with me.i did show them the card out of the book but they still would not accept it.what`s up? megaladon

There were no other reports of problems at the Rampart and the situation was resolved by our contact at the casino.
