Fairies in Double Bonus VP?

Hello All:

I have discovered some Double Bonus VP machines where, occasionally, a 'fairy' will appear after I have drawn my cards for a hand, and will improve the hand by touching each card with her magic wand. Does anyone have an idea when the fairy appears?

Those only appear in Class II video poker games that you will find in Indian casinos.

You are actually playing a bingo game and the cards shown to you represent what you won in the game of bingo.

If you throw away the cards needed for a winning hand the fairy appears to give them back to you.
