Does payback percentage change on mulit-denominational slots?

We play mostly three reel slots. With the machines being mutible denomination from .25 to .50 to 1.00, does the pay back change higher on the machine when we change to a higher amount? say from the .25 to a 1.00

The payback percentage in those machines does change based on the denomination.

The higher the denomination, the higher the payback.
