Remember that the River Palms is not Laughlin upscale and is a bit of a walk to the center of Laughlin strip. The rooms are pretty basic. Check and see if you want to stay there before asking.
On the other hand, Harrah's is nearby and even the walk to strip center is along the river and very beautiful.
And if you are like me, free is free. I used one from a friend poster on this board on my trip last year and that generated some in my mailbox.
