    LAS VEGAS – April 19, 2011 - Take care of mom this Mother’s Day by treating her to an amazing dining experience created by several MGM Resorts International restaurants. Talented chefs at ARIA, Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand, The Mirage, Luxor and Excalibur have designed menus specifically for mom’s big day, giving family members plenty of options for planning their Mother’s Day celebration.

    ARIA
    Let mom create her perfect meal by choosing options from Jean Georges Steakhouse’s a la carte menu featuring Roasted Sea Bass, Grilled Angus 300 Sirloin and Tuna Sashimi. Finish the experience with a Banana and Wild Turkey Crème Brulee served with chestnut ice cream. Jean Georges Steakhouse is open from 5 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. and reservations can be made by calling (877) 230-2742.

    BELLAGIO
    A luxurious dining experience, Fountains Brunch at Jasmine adds Atlantic Salmon Wellington, Brioche-Crusted Rack of Lamb and Mother’s Day Chocolate Delights to its Sunday brunch menu. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the world-famous Bellagio Fountains while also trying the tableside carved Peking Style Duck, Roasted Prime Tenderloin or Georgia Peach stuffed White Chocolate Brioche French Toast. This Mother’s Day brunch at Jasmine is available 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and is priced at $65 per person or $78 per person with unlimited champagne.     Executive Chef Jaime Mendoza of Todd English’s Olives has prepared an a la carte menu featuring Bay Shrimp & Nantucket Scallop Ceviche, Veal Osso Bucco, Airline Chicken Breast, Roasted Prime Rib, Alaskan Salmon En Croûte and a Fresh Berry Napoleon as a tasty conclusion to this special Mother’s Day meal. Todd English’s Olives’ Mother’s Day menu is available for dinner from 5 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Reservations can be made by calling (866) 259-7111.

    If mom prefers having plenty of options to choose from on her special day, The Buffet at Bellagio is sure to exceed all expectations. With a special Mother’s Day menu available May 6-8, The Buffet will feature Grilled Lamb T-Bones at the teppan station, Kobe Top Round at the rotisserie station, Grilled Swordfish and Roasted Bluenose at the hot seafood station and Lobster Ravioli with saffron cream at the pasta station, in addition to many other delicious traditional buffet offerings. Enjoy this menu Friday, May 6 from 3 p.m. – 10 p.m. for $44.95; Saturday & Sunday, May 7 & 8 from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. for $32.95 or $38.95 with champagne; and from 3 p.m. – 10 p.m. for $44.95.

    MANDALAY BAY
    This Mother’s Day weekend Aureole presents a prix fixe menu created by Executive Chef Vincent Pouessel. Begin your meal with a Stone Crab “Louis Salad” followed by Warm White Dutch Asparagus, Jambon Ibérico and Parmesan Sabayon. Enjoy a Dover Sole “Duglere” and a Petit Beef Filet Rossini before indulging in Pastry Chef Megan Romano’s Heavenly Chocolate and Salted-Caramel, Dark Chocolate Caramel Tart, Warm Mocha Brownie and Caramel Ice Cream dessert platter.     As part of the Vegas Uncork’d culinary weekend, take mom to Border Grill for an interactive experience featuring cocktail and cuisine demonstrations with Chef Mary Sue Milliken and her talented team.     THE MIRAGE
    Whisk mom off to Italy by way of Onda Ristorante with a three-course prix fixe menu. The meal begins with your choice of Portobello Carpaccio and Crab Salad, Baby Greens, Walnut and Parmesan Cheese Salad or Risotto Fritta while entrée options include Shrimp & Lobster Puttunesca, Grilled Pork Tenderloin or Sautéed Chicken. A choice between Citrus Torta or Chocolate Budino creates a sweet ending to a special meal. This Mother’s Day menu is available 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. and is $49.99 per person.     Step into Fin and treat mom to a contemporary Chinese dining experience. The three-course prix fixe menu features your choice of Hot & Sour or Egg Drop Soup, appetizer plate, Mongolian Beef, Sweet & Sour Pork or Kung Pao Chicken for entrée and a trio of Mochi Ice Cream for dessert. Fin’s Mother’s Day menu is available 5 p.m. – 11 p.m. and is $49.99 per person. Mothers can enjoy the menu complimentary (one per table).     Delight mom this year with a visit to Kokomo’s at The Mirage. Begin the celebration with a scrumptious appetizer such as the Bibb Lettuce Tower, White Asparagus with Virginia Ham or Fried Green Tomatoes. Next, select a delicious entrée such as Potato Wrapped Bass, Grilled Flat Iron Steak or Roasted Organic Chicken Breast. A meal is not complete without dessert so save room for Strawberry Meringue Tart or Chocolate Raspberry Torte.     LUXOR
    TENDER Steak & Seafood is ready to spoil mom with a delectable three-course prix fixe menu. Start the meal with a choice of Hearts of Romaine and Baby Romaine “Caesar” Salad or Maine Lobster Bisque. A decision between a 10 oz. New Zealand Beef Ribeye, Seared Day-Boat Maine Sea Scallops or Mom’s Famous Yankee Pot Roast rounds out the entrée portion of the meal. Top it off with either Farmer’s Market Strawberries with strawberry gelato and whipped cream or Crème Brulee with Tahitian vanilla bean custard, shortbread cookie and huckleberry compote.     Need a place to take the whole family where everyone can delight in their favorite foods? MORE The Buffet at Luxor features a 30-foot salad bar, homemade pizza station, a carving station and a variety of hot entrée selections. No trip to a buffet is complete without stopping by the dessert station, especially one that features Chocolate Lava Smores Cake, Banana Cream Tart, Caramel Flan and Oreo Cheesecake. Priced at $19.99 for adults and $13.99 for children ages 4-10, the Mother’s Day menu is available from 3 p.m. – 11 p.m.

    Pyramid Café features two special menu items this Mother’s Day. Try the Strawberry-lemon Shortcake French Toast ($9.99), grilled and topped with fresh strawberries, strawberry syrup and fresh whipped cream or the Honey Glazed Ham ($12.99) with roasted potatoes and steamed asparagus. Moms can enjoy either of these dishes from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.

    EXCALIBUR
    Treat mom like royalty at The Steakhouse at Camelot with a prix fixe Mother’s Day menu. Start with a Mixed Spring Greens Salad with bay shrimp and tomato vinaigrette, then choose between Chicken Breast with apples, almonds and port, Grilled Salmon with asparagus, steamed Rice and ginger vinaigrette or Filet Mignon with mushrooms Provencale. End your Camelot experience with a Crème Brulee with fresh berries. The menu is available from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. and is priced at $40 per person.
