Like another reviewer, my husband and I were given a promotional room. We did not receive the room type we requested and when we did get a room, we walked in and it was filthy. There was hair all over the bathroom (like it had never been cleaned). Needless to say, we were quite grossed out. While they did come to clean the room, it kind of made me wonder what else had not been cleaned in the room that we could not see!

Did horrid on the slots....did take the shuttle to properties on the boardwalk, but do have a complaint. The shuttle drops you off at Ceasar's in the bus terminal which does not always have the nicest of characters hanging around there. The shuttle runs until after midnight, however there is no security or anything while standing and waiting for the shuttle to arrive. i happily paid for cab fare rather than wait for the shuttle down there with some unsavory characters milling about!!!

I really enjoy Harrahs Atlantic City. They have done alot of remodeling recently and even expanded their poker room. Most of their rooms have been upgraded and several even have a mirror image TV in the bathroom(AWESOME) The staff has always been very personable and accomadating. The atrium is fantastic ,My wife and I will often rent a cabana for the day $100.00 and chill by the pool and hottubs from 7am to 7pm this way I can play at the tables and she can play at the pool which offers a bar and sandwiches aswell as the spa area. If its been awile since you were their last I would give it another try also their reward card is good at Ceasars,showboat and all of their casinos around the US.
