June 21, 2009 I visited the Wheeling casino and won a small bit of money, $379.00 and change to be exact. I redeemed this amount at one of the machines available. By mistake, I took the change but left the cash in the machine which was picked up by the next person and turned in to security.
The security person, whom I will not name, called at 6:45 the 21st of June and informed me the money was turned in and I would receive it the next week. As of today, July 14, 2009 the money has not been returned to me. There were several names given to me concerning the return of the money, I have called them, left messages and no one has ever returned my calls. I want my money, but it seems as if I have been cheated and will never get it. Don't go to this casino and lose anything.
