I've read all of the reviews, and I must agree with all the negativity for the slots. With a payback of 89.97%, that is lower than any casino in the United States. Why aren't they ashamed? I suppose because a few people still frequent their establishment and continue to lose whatever they brought with them and then some. I talked with a casino owner who had a very small casino with a very good payout. He pointed to a larger and prettier casino across the way. I never go to Charlestown anymore because I have to live with the guilt and it is not fun!!! Go to DELEWARE PARK Their 92.69% payback should make your dollar go a bit farther. Don't expect to win at CHARLESTOWN. If you want to give money away, give to a needy charity.
