THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS SPECIFICALLY VOID IN FLORIDA, NEW HAMPSHIRE, NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND AND MAINE.
The “Prize” is a three-day, two-night trip to Las Vegas, Nevada; one economy class, domestic airline ticket for the Winner; two nights of overnight lodging accommodations at the Flamingo Hotel; ground transportation to/from the airport; two tickets to ”The Rat Pack Is Back” and “The Las Vegas Mob Experience; and dinner for two at “Sinatra at the Wynn”. Additionally, Sponsor will pay for one guest (“Guest”) to accompany the Winner by paying for an additional economy class, domestic airline ticket for the Guest.
A random drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes entries received before the Sweepstakes drawing date will be held after 11:59 p.m. August 18, 2011. The winner (the “Winner”) will be awarded a “Prize” from the Sweepstakes (as described in Section 4 below). By submitting a Sweepstakes entry, each entrant: (1) agrees to abide by these Official Rules; (2) understands and agrees that the Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; (3) agrees that all disputes relating to this Sweepstakes will be decided by the Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion; and (4) all decisions of the Sponsor will be final and cannot be contested.
