All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CST on November 1, 2011, to be eligible for the final drawing. Prizes and Winner Selection: One Prize Winner will be selected on or about November 15, 2011 in a random drawing from the eligible entries submitted online. Mailing address must be included on registration form to be eligible to win.
