Las Vegas—In an effort to better reward poker players for their play, Boyd Gaming today announced that it will be introducing “B Connected,” the company’s nationwide, multi-property players card program, in the poker rooms of its Coast Casinos properties in Las Vegas.
Starting December 19, B Connected members will be able to earn benefits for their play at The Orleans, followed by the Sam’s Town poker room on December 20, and the Suncoast on December 21. Points earned under B Connected may be redeemed at any property that participates in B Connected nationwide.
Previously, The Orleans, Suncoast and Sam’s Town had used a separate poker player rewards programs. Benefits earned under active accounts will be rolled over into players’ B Connected accounts on that date.
“With B Connected, we’ll be giving our poker players the same great benefits that other casino players have come to expect from Boyd Gaming,” said Steve Thompson, Senior Vice President of Operations for Boyd Gaming’s Nevada Region. “Now Coast poker players will have a single card to recognize their play, and be able to redeem those benefits at 12 other Boyd Gaming properties nationwide.”
In addition to greater flexibility in earning and redeeming points, there will be no daily maximum on points earned for poker play under B Connected, and points can be redeemed at restaurants at the rate of $1 per 600 or 1,000 points, depending on the outlet. B Connected members can also participate in a variety of contests and giveaways throughout the year.
