Station Casinos and KWNR 95.5 FM proudly host the Fifth Annual Toys for Tickets All-Star Jam, one of the most talked about local country music events that raise toys for the Children’s Advocacy Alliance (CAA) while treating fans to a surprise concert from some of country music’s top headliners. Past All-Star Jam lineups have included surprise performances from multiple headliners, including superstars Toby Keith, Phil Vassar, Emerson Drive, Chris Young, Rodney Atkins, Steve Holy, Lonestar and Charley Pride among several others. The Toys for Tickets concert will be Sunday, December 7, 2008, with doors at 6 p.m. at Ovation inside Green Valley Ranch resort.
From now through Dec.5, fans can visit any Star Nursery in Las Vegas and donate a new, unopened toy ($10 or greater in value) for a free ticket. The maximum is four tickets per person. Guests can bring a toy to the venue on the day of the show should tickets still be available. Fans can listen to KWNR New Country 95.5 FM for more information.
All donations collected will go to the CAA – a group of citizens who have the same interest at heart, “Putting the Health and Safety of Children First.” Members of the CAA pledge to take action to improve the lives and protect the children who are victims of abuse and neglect. For a list of Star Nursery locations, please visit Nurseries | Garden Accessories | Outdoor Lighting | Organic Fertilizers - Starnursery.
Last year’s Toys for Tickets All-Star Jam collected approximately 1,500 toys and raised more than $35,000 in cash donations for the CAA.
Tickets available at Star Nursery through Friday, Dec. 5 with donation. Concert is Sunday, December 7, at Green Valley Ranch. Doors open at 6 p.m.
