I was in an exchange with a fellow who loves Red Rock casino. He suggested that they seem to start offers with even a small bit of play, and that those include the lowering of the resort fee to $12. That is the first I've heard of a resort fee cut in half. Usually, it is charged or waived. Anyone else have this experience?
