Can someone tell me what the winning options are if you put a wager on the bonus bet on the blackjack table? Like at the Silver Legacy or Peppermill.

For instance: your two cards are the same suit, doesn't matter what the dealer has.
your two cards are a pair, doesn't matter what the dealer has.
your two cards and the dealers cards are a K&Q. Does suit matter?
etc.
