Have you ever wondered why people still reach for paper calendars, especially those with holidays marked on them? It seems like everything is on your phone. But when you look at a physical calendar with days marked in red when you can relax, it feels different somehow. And if you add your own notes or highlight something important with a highlighter, every time you pass by, you see this day and begin to look forward to it with a special feeling. It’s not just a date on the phone screen that you can forget if you don’t open the app, but something real, in plain sight.
Maybe it’s because sometimes we want at least a little tangibility in this digital world? Besides, holidays on paper look more festive than in a reminder list, agree. What do you think, is it worth returning to such simple joys as printed calendars with holidays?
