  • Club/Bar Suggestions on Vegas Strip

Hey guys. Been to Vegas numerous times but never to any of the clubs. I'm not looking for any of the clubs where there's a huge cover charge and they only let you in if you're with a group of hot women.

I'm 28, my wife is 25. We're simply looking for suggestions for more of a bar-club type atmosphere. I guess more so a bar, playing current type hits, with dancing.

More of a laid back, yet still "lively" kind of atmosphere. Anyone have any suggestions?

The Cosmopolitan has two bars that are well worth a visit. The first is the 3-story Chandelier - each level offering a different experience. The second is the Book & Stage which is a sports book by day and night club with live music provided by Indie bands at night.

The Tropicana has morphed into a South Beach-like hotel/casino. I have only done a walk through, but the transformation is impressive. The website lists the Cafe Niki (food & drinks) plus the Ambhar lounge and Tropics lounge.

I like the Cosmopolitan as well but hung out at Bond. Very cool bar - had a great dj that showed up on Thursday evening and the place filled up with a fun atmosphere - nothing too crazy but a good vibe

Where is Bond located? What is the cover? What is the age of the general crowd?

Also, what is that Chandelier like in The Cosmopolitan? It seems a little "fancy" for my liking. I'm looking a little more casual. Nice shirt/jeans type of place.
