I think the thing that is annoying about resort fees if you have been around for a while, is that they are making you pay for amenities that came with the price of the room. In addition they don't give you all the amenities spa etc. So the term "resort fee"" is some what deceptive. And when your not told up front it is with a capital D.On the other hand if they are providing something extra like a shuttle to the airport then it is more acceptable. But pool, exercise room, coffee in the room???
