The Wild Rose Casino in Clinton, IA is about a year old. It is very nice with a great selection of penny slots (along with other denominations and table games). The layout is handicap friendly and the staff is wonderful.
Like all casinos -- you win sometimes and lose sometimes, but you can usually stay about even if you don't get crazy. And the best part is you can have fun here.
The parking lot is level and paved and easy to get to.
The buffet is excellent -- both in terms of selection and quality.
I have not stayed at the hotel or played any of the table games, so I can't comment on them.
Their 55+ club and promotions offer a lot of fun for the money -- I would definitely recommend it.
