  • Downstream Casino Resort: Aesthetically pleasing and...nothing more.

Downstream Casino Resort is very aesthetically pleasing and they have a wide variety of both slots and table games to play...But aside from the looks, the slot machines seem very tight and the customer service is the worst I've experienced at a casino.

Pros: Immaculately clean. Wide range of slots and table games to play. Very spacious.

Cons: Terrible customer service, i.e. very few waitresses available, very few slot technicians available, the service is incredibly slow (I had to wait 25 minutes to recieve a $4 voucher), and their employees do not seem to have common certousy. Food is incredibly over-priced, especially at the cafe and there is no self-serve drink station. **NO HIGH-LIMITS ROOM, WITH SOME OF THEIR 25 DOLLAR SLOT MACHINES NEXT TO THEIR PENNY AND DOLLAR MACHINES**
