Located on Water Street in the Heart of Henderson The Old" El Do" as it's referred to by the locals has a bit of hometown flavor. Mostly Video Poker and Slots with a few table games thrown in for good measure.
They have combos playing there by the bar on weekends and they are quite good. A rockabilly trio with a bassist playing a 1937 stand up bass, and the guitarist and percussionist were great as well.
There's food and drink of course, with $1 draft beers at the bar and good drink service. You can pick up a copy of the local advertising paper free in the news rack just outside the door for discounts on food and some pretty good gambling coupons as well for the El Do and the surrounding local casinos.
Unfortunately, they have removed the legendary $1 craps table. Call em and raise heck and make them bring it back! I spent many hours rolling those bones there with the craps table holding me upright.
It's a friendly locals place. Check out their web site for more info. ElDoradoHenderson.com
