I have been to alot of casinos in Nevada, Connecticut, Pennsylvania & Delaware... and Dover Downs has by far the tightest slot machines of anywhere. And it seems like they tighten them up even more on Friday-Saturday-Sunday when they are more crowded.
You hear the occasional yell of someone who got lucky and hit for a few hundred dollars, but mostly people are just ****ed off walking around because no one is winning anything. If you want to LOSE money and get frustrated by your gambling experience then Dover Downs is the place for you.
