Good deal but I think they charge too much for the rooms considering this property is so far off the beat and track. The rooms are certainly newer and clean but one would think it would be easier to get an upgrade, especially when the hotel only has 38% occupancy, at least from a standard room to a deluxe room. Hey, we're not asking for the presidential suite at the Biltmore!
Gambling is good if you like Video Poker and Craps, although the atmosphere is a bit on the dry side. The buffet is acceptable and the One Six Sky Bar is interesting although only open on Friday and Saturday when we were there. Good happy hour drink prices and foo foo martinis to be had.
