    Come realizzare i frontali dei cassetti in compensato?


    Isola della cucina aggiornata con cassetti ad estrazione totale con guide pi? vicine da 100 libbre.

    Vorrei realizzare frontali dei cassetti in stile shaker per abbinarli alle ante degli armadi esistenti (guide e stili larghi 2 1/8" e pannello incassato da 1/4")

    Non ho mai realizzato i tradizionali pannelli in stile shaker da 5 pezzi. Un'altra opzione sarebbe il compensato massiccio di acero con strisce da 1/4″ incollate su tutto il perimetro per dare un aspetto in stile shaker. Dovrai stuccare e levigare i bordi del compensato per renderli lisci.

    Per le facciate in stile Shaker, l'opzione in compensato ? una scelta eccellente. Ho provato io stesso questo metodo, utilizzando pannelli compensato 2000x1000mm e aggiungendo strisce attorno al perimetro per imitare uno shaker. ? facile da lavorare e adatto a questo tipo di lavoro. Risulta piuttosto bello. La cosa principale ? ricordarsi di levigare attentamente i bordi in modo che appaiano puliti e lisci.

      Consiglierei anche di testare la finitura su un pezzo di compensato per assicurarti di essere soddisfatto del risultato.
