  • Tulalip Casino: Negative reviews are spot on!

First off, let's refrain from the insults people. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. When people post for no reason but to insult the writer of a review, one can truly see what their motivation is. The casino is what it is. The profits go to the natives and customer service is dreadful. It seems the neighboring casinos are all quite similar in respect to sucking the patron's dry and being terribly tight with their slots. The hotel looks really nice, but it is too expensive to stay there. It is true, there are many Canadian license plates parked at the Casino and the neighboring Outlet stores. I have talked to several Canadians in the Casino and while they say the buffet recently improved, it can be overpriced for dinner. Speaking of buffets. The Eagle Ridge Buffet has some horrible staff. I saw a very mature staff member (waitress) dropping a salt or pepper shaker lid on the carpet floor as she was arranging the table and filling up the shakers. I was waiting to see what she would do. The waitress looked to her left and then to her right after she bent down as if to pick up the lid. After she saw nobody was watching her (except for us who were behind her), she picked up the shaker lid and then placed it back on the shaker, and right back onto the table. You may want to think twice about having food at the Casino
