    Turning Stone Casino Resort: Mrs.

    We have been visiting the casino since it opened.My husband and I received a $100.00 gift card from our son, for Christmas. He knows that we enjoy playing the slot machines, as we have done in the past with the gift card that we receive.. At the cage, we were informed that this gift card was good only at the shops, hotels or for food and gas. We couldn't believe that our son wasn't told this upon purchasing the card.. We live 45 minutes away from the casino. We use our karats for food. We don't buy anything at the over priced shops. We are in our 70's and we go only for the slot machines. This was a big disappointment to us. We have to use the card so we decided that getting gas was the only thing that made sense to us. We know that in the end the casino will win but now, we don't even win enough to get excited about. Our free plays are a joke, as they are gone in minutes.
