The place is a bust.... It used to be a very nice place to go and play. My last trip in May turned me off from Dover for good. Dover Downs had turned into penny machine land. Majority of the slot machine were penny slots what happened??? They are not allowed to serve liquor while u are playing at the machines because of some idiot law,,, Keep Dover I won't be making that trip no more.
