    Silverton Casino Hotel Lodge: Silverton Is Special!

    We went to Silverton for the first time in years to try their buffet. It was excellent. While there we played some slots and they were fun and the casino was clean. But the best part was their poker room. There was one seat open so I jumped on the opportunity and played several hours. The staff was very nice, the players were mostly local and very friendly, it was really quite fun. For those who are outdoors types, Bass Pro is affiliated with Silverton so they have a full Bass Pro shop there. I am from the city where Bass Pro's headquarters are located so I was aware of their presence before I went there. I am not a big hunter type but for those who are hunters or fishermen, it's a big bonus.We really liked Silverton and will go back.
