The Worst experience ever. I live like 15 minutes away from the casino but will never go back. I will stick with Empire City and AC.Why should we go there spend money and get treated like S#!T. The Big lady Security guard was EXTREMELY RUDE and insulted us. Hope they fire her soon. Also did not feel safe there at all. Will only consider going back there if we read or hear in news that they made a major reform there about the security's attitude towards customers....
