Terrible, terrible casino. Save your money and go somewhere else. You will not regret that, but you will regret going to the Rivers.The only neutral thing I can say is about the employees at West End. It is normally very busy, but they try to keep their composure. They're pretty nice, but I've seen their managers SCREAMING at them over nothing. In front of guests! Unbelievable.
