As a chickasaw nation employee, I would like to say that after reviewing all comments and statements about Newcastle Casino, in which the facility I am employed, that most of your complaints are that the machines are not loose enough to win??? I understand the atmosphere should be fun and we strive for it, but just because people do not appear happy or hollering because they won a jackpot, does not mean that they lost. Furthermore I know some basic knowledge of the machines and quite frankly you cannot expect to win all the time, and no we do not "rig" the machines to make it to where you win all the time for awhile and then after awhile you lose. Basically the machine is programmed off of pure randomness and timing. If anything, we strive for good customer service and I see fit to make sure to pass the message along about your more legitimate complaints. Have a good day!
