For a non-indian state run casino, the slots here are VERY tight. I've dropped $900 into one machine, betting max, and it never paid out. The rewards are spread out over the entire month; they want you to come 3 times a week for $10-$20 of free play a day. When they have a promotion going on, don't even think about winning on slots. They can tighten the machines with just a push of a button. The slot games are old; they claim they have "new" machines, but it actually means that the machines are only new to the casino. Other casinos have those same games for years. This casino also lacks variation in slot games. If you are strictly a slot player, don't come here. There are a lot of table games. They are always packed and it is hard to get a seat. Customer service is a nightmare. One time, I was playing a slot machine which is about to hit the major progressive. I had been playing on it for 8 hours. Then a security guard came up and told everyone to cash out because they are closing that section of the casino. I told him about my situation, and asked if he can hold my machine. This is exactly what he said "Sorry, you are SOL. First come first serve. If you don't like it, you can take it up with the state." I was shocked at what I heard. I also asked the floor manager and machine operator if they can hold my machine. They said the same thing "No, first come first serve." And why do they keep asking to see my ID at the door?! I am balding and look nowhere near 21. Although I dislike this casino, I kept going back just because of the "free stuff" they give away. But it always seem like they "ran out" of stock and want you to come back in the future to claim it when they get it back in stock. This is just another ploy to get slot players to go there 3 times a week and lose their pants to the casino. At the time of this review, the hotel has not been built yet. The only good thing I can say about this casino: No Ante, self-serve soft drinks, and good food for fair prices.
