Ugly, tight, rude. That sums it up. They are making money hand over fist but can not have a clean updated facility? I have played there for years, you used to get great service and your money would last a few hours. Now, you can drop $100 in 30 min with low bets, and never get offered a beverage. I lost $400 one night in a few hours in one section and never saw anyone offering drinks. The Player Card Rewards stinks. Lost over $3000 in a month a got a few $20 coupons. Really?? I hate the Biggest and Best and won't be returning. I will take my money to another local casino that knows how to treat their customers. I am sure lots of others are doing the same, they are not as busy as they used to be. Take my advice, don't waste your money, they will take it and leave you feeling violated and used.
