Went there Wed 12/10/08, all but the buffet and a hot dog stand was closed. Saw a cook in the gambling area where the hot dog stand was , take a chicken wing off a tray, at the window with his fingers. No manager in site. Went through our money in a hurry and saw no payoffs. No birthday comps could or would be awarded at the awards desk - said it should have been received in mail.
