Prize: One (1) prize will be awarded for each Drawing:
Drawing 1: Super Bowl Trip (Travel dates: Friday, January 30, 2015 to Monday, February 2, 2015)
• Roundtrip airfare (economy class) for Winner and one Guest from a major airport near Winner’s hometown to a Phoenix-area airport;
• Three (3) nights’ hotel accommodation (standard, one room, double occupancy) at a hotel of Sponsor’s choosing;
• Two (2) tickets to the 2015 Super Bowl;
• Seventy-Five Dollar ($75) Visa gift card to be used towards roundtrip ground transportation from airport to hotel; and
• Roundtrip ground transportation from hotel to University of Phoenix Stadium.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $11,000
Drawing 2: Alaskan Cruise Vacation (must be taken between May 1, 2015 and Sept. 12, 2015)
