Terms & Conditions - Lapolla Industries, Inc.
Grand Prize Winner will consist of a winning participant. Each winning participant will receive a trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada consisting of the following: (i) round-trip, coach-class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and guest between the major airport (within the 48 contiguous U.S.) nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Las Vegas, Nevada (airports determined by Main Sponsor in its sole discretion); (ii) one (1) $100 gift card for shopping and meals; (iii) free meal with Ty Pennington at a location to be determined by Main Sponsor; (iv) two (2) night stay at the Las Vegas Encore Hotel and Casino, (v) two (2) full passes to the International Builders Show, and (vi) all taxes related to airfare and accommodations. The trip must be completed by January 22, 2015, or Grand Prize Winner forfeits the Grand Prize in its entirety. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $5,000.00.
