    LAS VEGAS (December 1, 2015) – For a limited time, Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace is now offering guests an opportunity to sample signature dishes from the iconic resort’s impressive collection of award-winning and celebrity chef restaurants with the “Taste of the Culinary Empire” experience. From now through December 20, the following dishes will be available during dinner:
    • Chef Gordon Ramsay’s authentic Yorkshire Ale Batter Fish & Chips from Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill
    • Assorted macarons from Payard Patisserie & Bistro, creations of acclaimed pastry chef and master chocolatier Francois Payard.
    • Lobster Mac & Cheese from New York City’s iconic Old Homestead Steakhouse
    • Rao’s famed Chicken Scarpariello with hot and sweet cherry peppers, yellow and red bell peppers, oregano and white wine sauce


    These specialty items will be offered in addition to the more than 500 dishes made daily by a team of experienced chefs who oversee the preparation and execution of dishes in Bacchanal Buffet’s nine distinct interactive kitchens. Since opening in September 2012, Bacchanal Buffet has set a new standard for Las Vegas buffets and continues to redefine the buffet experience. Its list of accolades includes being rated best buffet in Las Vegas by USA Today, Las Vegas Review –Journal, Las Vegas Weekly, IN Vegas and more.
