  • What's needed to get free play offers at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino?

I am trying to figure out how much play is needed to get free play offers in the mail from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, FL.

Does anyone have any experience with that slot club?

I put 75 points on my card once a week for six weeks, by playing 25-cent deuces wild VP. No offers showed up.

I am now trying 175 points once a week on dollar 9/6 Jacks machines. Waiting to see what happens.

This is part of the problem if you want to play at the casinos here in South Florida. They are all extremely tight. For this kind of play I would be getting free room and food offers in Vegas.

Down here they usually don't want to give you more than $5 in free play.

However, I know that the Hard Rock will send out offers for $20 in free play when you put 50 points on your card, but I don't know how much play is needed to trigger the offer. So I am experimenting to see if I can find out how much is needed.

If anyone knows, feel free to post it here, or send me a private message. Thanks.

    Hi Steve,

HRH pays 1point for every $2.00 spent ,although certain days you can earn 5x,10x or more in points for purchases at the casino,or trading post i.e.gas,snacks and such. They reevaluate a players points every three months,so whatever the total amount of points you earn for a three month period will determine your freeplay.

I am an avid player there ,and they always manage to send free tickets that I never use to nearly every concert they host.

When you receive the offers for free play just go there and put your card in the slot and download the freeplay it is automatic.Except when you have to earn points to get it ,then you must swipe your card at a kiosk ,or the players club once you earn the required points and then it appears on your account so you can download, but it must be done during the dates listed or you lose it.

They are more generous to me than the South Florida non-Indian casinos like Calder, and Gulfstream with free play currently I earn $250 a week plus a property credit of $125 each month along with earn 25,000 points during the month and get $750.00 fp.

Also you can use your Players card at any Seminole property to earn points and offers.

    Hope this helps

I am not in your league as a player becasue I bet much less than you.

However, on June 19 I put 150 points on my card playing $1 video poker. Then on June 28 I put another 185 points on the card, again playing $1 VP.

Since it takes $4 to earn 1 point that is a total of $1,340 coin-in and I never got a single offer from the casino. Also, in April/May I earned another 446 points, which is equal to $1,784. That is a total of $3,124 in a period of slightly longer than two months. All I can say is that must be one very, very tight players club!

If they don't give you anything for playing at a casino I just don't see any point in playing there. I like to visit the Hard Rock because it's a very nice casino, but I'll save my video poker gambling for other casinos.

Surprisingly, I did receive an offer by email last week from a Seminole Casino, but it wasn't the Hard Rock. It was from the smaller "classic" casino which is across the street from the Hard Rock. I hadn't played there in a long time so it was interesting to receive it. It was the standard $20 in freeplay when 50 points are earned. I'll be sure to take advantage of the offer.

Re: What's needed to get free play offers at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino?

I guess I gave up a bit too soon, because the Player's Club sent me some offers that are valid for each week in October.

It's the usual offer of $20 in free play when earning 50 points on my card. There is also a coupon for $5 worth of food.

So it seems that it takes about three months for the offers to show up after the required play is put on the card. Assuming, of course, that I met the required minimum.

Does that mean the offer will continue to come for three months, even if I don't bet enough anymore? I play more than the minimum 50 points each week, but not much more than 100 points in all.

I guess I'll find out and I'll post the answer here!
