  • FREE CONCERT by KC and the Sunshine Band with Food Donation at Horseshoe in Tunica

    TUNICA, Miss., December 6, 2011 – Put on your “Boogie Shoes” because the legendary KC and the Sunshine Band will hit the Horseshoe Tunica stage Thursday, December, 29 at 8 p.m. Horseshoe Tunica is getting into the holiday spirit by offering free tickets to the concert in exchange for the donation of non-perishable food items.

    Complimentary tickets for the KC and the Sunshine Band concert will be given to guests who are 21 years old or older, have a Total Rewards card, and bring at least one non-perishable human or pet food item per person to the Horseshoe Tunica Bluesville Box Office on Thursday, December 29 to donate to the Mid-South Food Bank or the Tunica Humane Society. Tickets will be awarded on a first come first served basis on December 29 only. Total Rewards cards are available for no charge at the Total Rewards counter at Horseshoe Tunica.

    “Caesars Entertainment and Horseshoe Tunica are committed to helping make our communities vibrant places to live and work. In one of our many efforts to give back to our communities this holiday season we are asking everyone to enjoy a great concert by KC and the Sunshine Band for the goodwill ticket price of donated non-perishable food items that will help fill the pantries of our two- and four-legged friends through the Mid-South Food Bank and the Tunica Humane Society,” said R. Scott Barber, regional president, Caesars Mid-South.

    Guests can expect to hear KC and the Sunshine Band hits like: "Get Down Tonight,” "That's The Way (I Like It)," "(Shake, Shake, Shake) Shake Your Booty," and "I'm Your Boogie Man,"
