    For all of you high rollers, here are the Wynn Las Vegas New Year’s Eve dining specials:

    BARTOLOTTA, Ristorante di Mare
    Two-time James Beard Award-winning chef Paul Bartolotta will offer a family-style service of various seafood dishes, homemade pastas and entrees – all served in a vibrant setting overlooking a shimmering lagoon. BARTOLOTTA will feature three prix fixe menus throughout the evening.

    Three-course prix fixe menu from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. priced at $125 per person, excludes tax and gratuity.

    Five-course prix fixe menu from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., priced at $175 per person, excludes tax and gratuity.

    Seven-course gala prix fixe menu from 9 p.m., priced at $350 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity, beverages additional. BARTOLOTTA will also feature a dee-jay and dancing for the 9 p.m. seating.

    Botero
    Chef Mark LoRusso will offer a prix fixe menu featuring his innovative steak and seafood fare including, Maine lobster salad with piperade and fingerling potatoes; white truffle and ricotta ravioli; potato-crusted Dover sole; and Australian Wagyu New York strip with spinach fondue and potato croquettes. The prix fixe menu is $275 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Reservations are available from 9 p.m.


    The Country Club – A New American Steakhouse
    Chef Carlos Guia’s festive menu kicks off with king crab and lobster ceviche; pheasant with foie gras; and black truffle ‘pot pie’ followed by courses of pan roasted sea bass and shrimp; and truffle crusted filet mignon with cognac and pink peppercorn demi-glace. The prix fixe menu is priced at $250 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. The Country Club will also feature a dee-jay and dancing. Reservations are available from 9 p.m.

    Lakeside
    This New Year’s Eve, chef David Walzog will offer a six-course menu featuring carpaccio of fluke with Spanish caviar and orange yuzu reduction; Maine lobster bisque; sea scallops with black truffle; potato gnocchi with ragout of mushrooms and Alba truffles; and a duo of Waygu beef with New York strip steak and braised short ribs. The prix fix menu is priced at $350 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Lakeside will also feature a dee-jay and dancing. Reservations are available from 9:00 p.m.


    Okada
    Chef Devin Hashimoto will offer a five course menu featuring Royal Miyagi oyster gratin with Tokyo negi, yuzu sabayon and Spanish Naccari caviar; Okada sushi and sashimi tower; Robatayaki grilled Hawaiian snapper with uni-lime sauce, roasted Hakurei turnips and tempura sea bean and 72-hour braised American Wagyu short rib with spiced kabocha squash puree and grilled Maitake mushrooms. The five-course prix fixe menu is priced at $195 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity.

    Master teppan yaki chefs are also on hand to craft a complete New Year’s Eve dinner, tableside. The teppan yaki menu is available for $150 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Okada will also feature a dee-jay and dancing. Reservations are available from 9 p.m.


    Sinatra
    Chef Theo Schoenegger crafts a culinary homage to Ol’ Blue Eyes with this New Year’s Eve prix fixe menu of Maine lobster salad; agnolotti of butternut squash with sage butter and winter truffles; grilled Mediterranean sea bass with cannellini beans and root vegetable ragout; a choice of beef tenderloin with foie gras polenta cake, sweet and sour cippolini onions and port wine reduction; or Colorado lamb loin with pesto mashed potato, caponatina and chianti reduction; and an over-the-top symphony of Valrhona chocolate desserts. The prix fixe menu is priced at $295 per person, includes a Sinatra Smash cocktail and tax and gratuity. Reservations are available from 9 p.m.


    Society Café Encore
    In addition to the complete offering of a la carte selections, chef Kim Canteenwalla will feature a special prix fixe menu of chilled Florida stone crab with whole grain mustard remoulade; a choice of lobster bisque with tarragon-scented puff pastry or roasted and shaved beet salad; a choice of Society’s “Double Surf & Turf” of filet mignon and butter-poached lobster with lobster croquette and asparagus or ‘Truffles and Treasures’, with trenne pasta and pancetta, king trumpet mushrooms, winter greens and truffle cream with shaved white truffles. Guests can countdown to ‘The Final Hour’ and finish their meal with a chef’s dessert tasting. The prix fixe menu is priced at $120 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Reservations are available from 9 p.m.


    Stratta
    Stratta will offer a three-course prix fix meal featuring baked clams oreganata with herb butter; butternut squash gnocchi with roasted apples, confit celery and aged balsamico; wood-fried chicken breast with parsnip cream and roasted chestnuts; braised pork belly with mascarpone polenta and housemade Jardinieire salad; filet of black bass with fennel confit and preserved lemon. This menu is priced at $110 per person, and includes a Prosecco cocktail, tax and gratuity. Reservations are available from 8:30 p.m.


    Switch Steak
    For the festive holiday, chef Rene Lenger will offer his full a la carte menu which features dishes such as green tea-spiced Ahi tuna with beluga lentils and Belgian endive; veal chop with roasted tomatoes, capers and pee wee potatoes; open-faced surf and turf sandwich of filet mignon and Maine lobster tail with caramelized onion slaw and Dijon-cognac aioli. New Year’s Eve reservations are available from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.


    SW Steakhouse
    This New Year’s Eve, chef David Walzog crafts classic chophouse fare with SW Steakhouse’s prix fixe holiday menu featuring butter poached Maine lobster with white truffle and crisp spaetzle; roasted squab breast with foie gras, porcini mushrooms and Bordeaux sauce; a choice of seared Mashima beef tenderloin with braised short rib ragout and roasted winter root vegetables; or pan roasted black bass with celery root, tea-smoked roe and Champagne butter sauce. The prix fixe menu is priced at $395 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. SW Steakhouse will also feature a dee-jay and dancing. Reservations are available from 9 p.m.


    The Buffet
    The ultimate all-you-can-eat holiday feast is at the award-winning buffet at Wynn Las Vegas. The Buffet will be open on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

    New Year’s Eve brunch from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m., priced at $37.95.
    New Year’s Eve dinner from 4 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., priced at $64.95.

    New Year’s Day brunch from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., $39.95.
    New Year’s Day dinner from 3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., $36.95.

    Unlimited champagne, mimosas or Bloody Mary cocktails are available for an additional $10 per person. For an additional $12 per person, guests can purchase a VIP Package which includes access to the VIP line, a glass of champagne, mimosa, sangria or Bloody Mary as well as a 10% discount for the following day.
