  • Hollywood Casino & Hotel - Lawrenceburg : HATED IT

Me and my husband visited the Hollywood in March 2012. As soon as we entered the casino the terrbile odor of smoke hit us. We proceeded to play the slots. What a waste of time! The penny slots actually cost about $8.00 a roll. If you do win at the slot machine you only win a fraction of your initial bet. All you do is lose at this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The only good thing this place has is the crab legs on Fridays. I cant wait until Cincinatti opens their casino. My advice to you is save the money you would spend at the Hollywood and wait until Cincinatti opens!

A falsehood. There is no smoke odor.

Many non-smokers say the same thing about every casino.

And those who lose while playing. The same non-smokers who say it's smoky, generally lost on that visit.

As someone who recently quit smoking, I was quite shocked that the smell of smoke is really not that bad in the majority of the casinos.
