Called Harrah's St. Louis this past weekend looking to use the coupon for hotel room. The reservation agent told me the code was not a valid code and there was no code for American Casino Guide. When I asked if it wasn't available, he said it wasn't valid.

I spoke with soemone on the phone the other day about this situation.
I found out that our contact at the property is no longer there. This makes it more difficult to resolve the problem.
I am trying to contact the new person in that marketing position. However, I have not heard back from them yet.
It may take a few more days, but I should be able to get an answer eventually and I will post it on this board.
