  • Terrible’s Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas Begins Removal of Iconic Outdoor Sign

LAS VEGAS – Today, Terrible’s Hotel & Casino began uninstalling its iconic Terrible’s Cowboy neon sign in preparation for the property’s transition to a new name with the launch of Silver Sevens Hotel & Casino in July 2013.

After an extensive renovation that included more than $5 million in enhancements throughout the property, Affinity Gaming will complete the renovation project by transitioning Terrible’s Hotel & Casino into a new era with the Silver Sevens Hotel & Casino name and exterior signage to showcase the refreshed property. Affinity Gaming will begin install of the new signage for Silver Sevens Hotel & Casino in late June.

The recent property enhancements include new furniture and bathroom fixtures in all hotel rooms, a fully renovated William Hill sports book, a new casino bar, the addition of a new hospitality suite and a new players club/welcome center combination.

The Terrible’s Cowboy signage will be donated to the Neon Museum to showcase as a piece of Las Vegas history.

Since the banks took over, the gambling for vp at least is downhill and the players club play game withholding information about the levels, where under the Herbst's it was straight forward.
