Container park is worth a walk through. East Freemont is really shaping up.

Yes, its walkable, near the El Cortez. If you go during daylight there will be fewer drunks and party boys to walk around. Its much more lively now with all the new bars and night spots.

Yes, I think the entrance is on east Freemont, I could see the park from the El Cortez. There are a bunch of pictures in the link in the first post in this thread.

If you want to park at the El Cortez to go to the container park, make sure you have a player's card. The guard at the garage entrance will check for it since the park opened.
