On july 10th, both myself and my wife were denied
redemption of the ACG 4OAK coupon by the slot attendants and their supervisors. On july 16th, the players club said 'South Coast' coupons are
no longer valid. Is there a South Point representitive that we can cite if we are refused?

That doesn't apply to the American Casino Guide coupons.

We asked our contact at South Point and here's what they said: it doesn't apply to the ACG coupons, just the ones leftover from when we were Boyd that were stamped by the former slot club manager.
