Has anyone had any success or problems presenting and having honored the ACG Aladdin Player's Club $10 slot coin-in coupon or the Free Gift coupon at Planet Hollywood?

It works fine. I am in Vegas and just used mine this morning.

They also honor the free gist coupon.

They gave me a deck of Planet Hollywood playing cards.

I think they used to honor it once every trip or something to that effect so I used it twice last year when it was the Aladdin. I was there a few weeks ago and they said that it was only good once a year (I had used it prior in January). On the plus side, my wife won 2 free tickets to Stomp Out Loud at the free slot pull which is similar to the free slot pull they had when it was the Aladdin.
