However, while reviewing, I noticed a minor error at the beginning .... note the "2010 edition" notation:

Since the Plaza is closing in Nov., how will the Plaza coupons be handled ??

I am not sure. I heard that the gaming machines will stay open. If so, then I assume you could still use the free slot play and drink coupon, but not the matchplay.

If the entire property is closed then I guess you would just have to wait until it reopens to use all of the coupons?

I am sure they will reopen because they bought all of the furniture from the bankrupt Fontainbleau to furnish their rooms.

We have heard from our printer that the 2011 American Casino Guide will be arriving at least one week later than we expected.

Therefore, we will be delaying the sending out of the October newsletter until Tuesday, October 26.

In that newsletter we will be making a special offer to all subscribers to buy the book at a specially reduced price of $12 (plus shipping), rather than the $18.95 retail price.

This will allow you to get the book at that special price, plus you will get it before it arrives in bookstores around Nopvember 15.

I used the Plaza free play coupon when I was there in March, although I had to wait 10-15 minutes for the slot club person to arrive after showing the coupon, I think they had to walk over from the Vegas Club just for me, haha.

Looking forward to the Plaza re-opening. Check out their page on facebook, the renovation looks surprisingly nice!
