Question regarding the Western Matchplay Coupon. Obviously the Western is no more-- closed 1/16/12. However, Tamares continues to operate the Plaza and Las Vegas Club casinos on Fremont. Any idea as to whether either place plans to honor the Western matchplay? Just asking because while the Plaza was remodeling, the LVC would honor the Plaza's matchplay while the Plaza casino was closed. Thanks!

We have been informed that the $5 matchplay from the Western will now be honored at either the Plaza Hotel and Casino or the Las Vegas Club Hotel and Casino.Comment

I just recently returned from our September, 2012, Vegas trip.
Unfortunately, the Plaza & LVC are now refusing to accept any more Western $5 MP's.
Another now you see it, now you don't .... very frustrating.

It might be a problem with some employees who are not familiar with that coupon being accepted.
We will have to look into the situation.
However, in the meantime, we are going to remove from our site the wording that says the coupon is being honored.Comment
